How long does it take to get my order?

On average, It takes about 5-7 business days from time of order to arrival in your mailbox.

It is our goal to have your order in the mail by the next business day. However, during the busy gifting holidays please allow us 1-3 business days to get your order in the mail.

We use USPS to ship your orders offering the following shipping options at checkout: Ground, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Click here for more details.

How strong are Chick Magnets?

One 2"x2" square magnet is strong enough to hold up six pieces of copy paper (8.5"x11"), yet easy enough to remove and rearrange on your favorite magnetic surfaces.

Will photo colors fade?

Each photo is sealed between a metal shell and clear plastic mylar ensuring protection against color fading retaining your bright vivid colors for years to come.

What happens to my photos after I upload them?

We take the utmost care when handling your photos. Once you upload your photos to our website they populate to our magnet software to print and build your magnets. Any miss prints or duplicates are shredded and tossed. We do not keep any copies of your photos. We value your privacy. Your photos are protected and never shared. Once your order is fulfilled, images are deleted.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes! Our Chick Magnets make great gifts or favors for your special events from birth announcements to graduations to weddings. They make perfect save-the-date photo squares and branded QR codes or business cards for businesses as well. Contact us for pricing and design services for your next event or project.

Something came up, can I cancel my order?

Cancelation window is between 1 hr to 1 business day. Orders that have not been processed yet are eligible for cancellation and refund. Please contact us as soon as you need to cancel your order so we can advise you if your order has been started or fulfilled yet.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customization of your magnets we only offer refunds for qualifying circumstances. In which case, you will need to contact us as soon as the order is received so we can resolve any concerns that may arise. For more details click here.
